NorthWest Performance Work & Payment Policy
- Before ANY work is started on a vehicle, a REPAIR ORDER(RO) will be completed and signed by the customer verifying authorization to proceed with diagnostics/repairs/test drive etc
- There is a $45 minimum charge...as stated on RO above customer signature
- A repair estimate will be given when proper diagnosis is complete
- There are NO price negotiations once work is authorized
- Please DO NOT authorize work if you cannot pay for it
- Payment is due in full upon completion of work/pickup of vehicle
- Vehicles will not be released until payment is made in full
- There are NO payment plan options
- $25 fee for returned/bounced/NSF checks
- Add 3% to final bill if paying by credit
- There is no parts or labor warranty on customer supplied parts
- "Employee's Only" allowed in the shop area, insurance/safety reasons
- No exceptions.
NOTE: We will do our best to accurately estimate work. All estimates are based on visual inspection and electrical diagnosis, we may find other parts or problems during repairs. If there is additional parts and/or labor needed that is discovered after work begins, you will be notified and asked to authorize any additional parts/labor.
